Grace is a native Texan. This is her first year in both Ireland and the Choral Scholars. She is delighted to be singing again, especially with such a talented group.

1st Year Arts
Elizabeth has been a member of the Choral Scholars since her first year in UCD. Eventually, she will leave, but for now, she continues to enjoy singing great music with great people!
Niamh Fogarty
1st Year Arts
Niamh is studying English and Philosophy. Her love of music began early in her life and she has sung in many choirs since then, from primary school in Hong Kong all the way through to her graduation from school in the UK.
Caitríona Ní Cathasaigh
4th Year Medicine
From Limerick, this is Caitríona's third year in Choral Scholars. As well as enjoying singing with the choir, she is a talented violinist.
Glenn Murphy
1st Year English with Drama
Born and raised in Waterford, this is Glenn's first year with the Choral Scholars having also been a member of the WIT Youth Choir and De La Salle Senior Choir. He is thrilled to be here and hopes you enjoy our performance.
Jeremy Crothers
3rd Year Business & Law
This is Jeremy's third year with the Choral Scholars and he holds one of the two Senior Tenor Scholarships. In his spare time, he coaches tennis.
Mark Waters
3rd Year Agricultural Science
Mark is from Enniscorthy in Co. Wexford and this is his second year with the choir. He enjoys Choral Scholars because it is challenging, he has met some great people and because he knows he will be a better singer after all the hard work.
Diarmuid Sugrue
1st Year Medicine
This is Diarmuid's first year with the Choral Scholars. He is delighted to have the opportunity to perform regularly with some of the most talented musicians in the university, and he continues a long family tradition in the ensemble.
Óisín O'Callaghan
1st Year Law with Economics
Óisín is a native of West Cork. This is his first year in the Choral Scholars and he is very excited about the events that lie ahead in the coming year. It is a privilege for him to work with such a talented group of musicians
Fiona Lynch
3rd Year Medicine
This is Fiona's second year with the choir and she's delighted to be back! She is a former member of RTÉ Cór na nÓg, the Classicus Youth Chamber Choir and the Irish Youth Choir.
Megan O'Neill
3rd Year Psychology
This is Megan's third year as a Choral Scholar in UCD. Music has always been a passion of hers and Choral Scholars has made her love the subject even more.
Emma Fletcher
3rd Year Medicine
From Armagh, this is Emma's second year with the choir. She is delighted to be part of the Choral Scholars again as it lets her keep in touch with the friends she made last year!
Åste Jensen Sjøvaag
5th Year Music (Erasmus)
Åste studies music in Oslo, Norway. This semester, she is on Erasmus to UCD. Being part of the Choral Scholars has given her the opportunity to meet Irish people and perform beautiful music with them.
Niall Stafford
3rd Year Commerce
Niall represented Waterford in the Irish Youth Choir from 2007-10. In addition to singing with the Choral Scholars, he is also a member of the internationally acclaimed and multi-award winning chamber choir, New Dublin Voices.
Tadhg Walsh-Peelo
4th Year Law with Philosophy
This is Tadhg's first year with the Choral Scholars. A proud bass, he spends his spare time performing as part of the Irish music group 'Mo Hat Mo Gheansaí'.
Tilen Kranjc1st Year PhD in
Bioinformatics & Systems Biology
From Slovenia, this is Tilen's first year both in Ireland and the Choral Scholars. He is a former member of two-time European Grand Prix for Choral Singing champions, APZ Tone Tomšic - University of Ljubljana.
Emily Doyle
1st Year Radiography
Emily studies voice with Virginia Kerr at the Royal Irish Academy of Music. She joined her first choir at the age of 6 and was a member of RTÉ Cór na nÓg. Emily is also a Feis Ceoil prize winner. .
Rory Lynch
1st Year Arts
Rory is studying Music and German and this is his first year with the choir. He is a member of the Irish Youth Choir and of the prestigious Irish Youth Chamber Choir. Rory is a UCD Ad Astra Scholar.
Mark Ennis
3rd Year Music
Mark is a third-year music student and a UCD Ad Astra Scholar. In his spare time, he teaches Speech and Drama.
